How I Started My Coding Journey: A Beginning Beyond the Screen
Life hasn’t been easy for me in the last few years. I’m sure many of you reading this also don’t have the perfect life that we imagine — and that’s completely okay. Perfection is a myth. What truly matters is how strong we stay through the storms.
I’ve fought my share of storms — not just one, but many. Some days felt heavier than others, but I learned to survive them all. And somewhere between those battles, I discovered something that made me feel alive — coding.
Yes, you heard it right — coding!
I still don’t fully understand the connection between me and coding, but I know it’s real. It’s like a quiet bond that keeps pulling me back, no matter what’s happening in life. Coding has now become a part of my life.
⛅ The Challenges I Faced After Starting
After I started coding.
Sometimes my code didn’t work for hours, and I couldn’t figure out why. I’d get frustrated, even question if I was capable enough. There were moments when I wanted to quit — but something inside me always whispered, “Try one more time.” . like i said my connection with coding .
I also struggled with consistency. On days when I felt low or tired, opening the laptop itself felt hard. But I learned that even five minutes of effort matters — it keeps the rhythm alive.
Most importantly, I learned not to compare myself with others. Everyone’s journey looks different, and that’s completely okay. The only thing that matters is that you keep moving — even slowly.
But most importantly what i decided is not to give up and try again and again , try harder and harder until you will get the success in that work .
🌱 How My Coding Journey Began
When I started my coding journey, everything was new and unknown. At first, I thought it would be difficult — but surprisingly, it wasn’t as hard as I expected. Maybe it was that connection I feel with it (haha!).
Of course, there are tough days. Coding isn’t always easy. Sometimes, errors make you doubt yourself. But I’ve realized one golden truth —
You just need consistency.
Consistency doesn’t come overnight; it’s something you have to practice — just like coding itself. Every small effort adds up, and that’s how growth happens.
🎓 My Learning Path —
I took an online course but if anyone cant afford online course so its completely fine ,there are free resources in best quality you just need to learn . A learner find its own way in any condition I think .

💻 My VS Code Journey —
Then came VS Code into my life. Ahh, I still remember my first ever code —
Hello Venika
That one simple line felt like magic. I can’t describe the happiness I felt seeing those words appear on the screen — written by me.
From that day, VS Code became more than just a text editor. It became my space.
A place where I can think, create, and express myself quietly — just like my nature.
I’m a calm, observant person who finds joy in small details. That’s exactly how coding feels — peaceful yet powerful. When I open VS Code, the world fades away, and it’s just me and my logic, flowing freely.
It’s not just about writing code — it’s about writing my story through every line.
🌟 Lessons I’ve Learned Along the Way
-
Start messy, stay consistent. You don’t have to be perfect to begin.
-
Every bug teaches you something. Errors are not failures; they’re guides.
-
Patience is power. Coding rewards those who keep showing up.
-
Don’t compare your journey. Everyone learns at their own speed.
-
Enjoy the process. Success feels lighter when you love what you do.
💬 Final Thoughts
Life will never be perfect — and that’s the beauty of it.
Storms test you, shape you, and sometimes break you. But when you choose to rise again, you come back stronger.
For me, coding became my light in the dark. It gave me purpose, confidence, and peace.
🌤️ “Storms make trees take deeper roots.”
So, to anyone reading this — keep going. Learn, fail, grow, repeat. One day, you’ll look back and realize how far you’ve come.
Because sometimes, the greatest stories are written not in words...
but in lines of code. 💻✨
